We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was convenient with easy transportation to different areas. The hotel facilities was really good, especially the aqua park slides and the beach cafe. the cleanliness was excellent, and the buffet staff always worked hard to maintain it. all the staff members, including the guest relations ladies, were helpful and cute.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip and was completely blown away by the experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to key transportation hubs and local attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The food was also fantastic, with a great selection of dishes to choose from at every meal.

That the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which made it difficult to get work done. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from the overall experience at this wonderful hotel.

Our recent adventure to a resort near a small zoo, was full of surprises. the varied and tasty meals in the restaurant, along with the many activities being played by the beach kept us energized and entertained all day. We were impressed with the spotless rooms and bathrooms that were carefully tended to each day. the breakfast spread was extensive, and we enjoyed waking up to the stunning views from our balcony.

This hotel was a great choice for our Christmas holiday. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that there were 3 restaurants to choose from, the food was always delicious and there was something for everyone. the location was perfect, close to the beach and within easy reach of local attractions. We also enjoyed the range of activities offered, especially the kids' club.

The venue was an incredible experience. Luxurious facilities, efficient service and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the swimming pool area was exceptional, including a water slide, aqua park and beach access, with crystal clear waters and soft sand perfect for sunbathing all day long. we enjoyed the nightlife, as the hotel provided live entertainment and a night club that kept us entertained every evening.

Though there weren't many drawbacks, the restaurant organization could be improved. It could have better line-flow to avoid getting food on each other while trying to move platters around and plates were not always properly stacked, which slowed down the process.
